Payment terms are agreed upon before project commencement. Typically 50% upfront and 50% upon delivery. All payments are non-refundable once work has begun.
Upon full payment, the client owns all rights to the delivered work including source code, designs, and assets. Nonetix retains the right to display the work in our portfolio.
Delivery timelines are estimates based on project scope. Delays caused by client feedback or content provision are not the responsibility of Nonetix.
